6 light 1920's gilt Italian chandelier with central fruit basket

A truly magical 6 light 1920's gilt Italian chandelier with lovely detailing. The beautiful delicate gilt frame is hung with yellow, purple and clear crystal kite drops. A central purple and amber beaded basket contains coloured fruit in yellows. amber, greens and red which cascade over the sides of the basket. A string of crystal, amber and purple beads entwine around the central column of the chandelier. Rings of gilt leaves form the bobeche holding the candle lights, which are hung with alternating yellow icicles and crystal shard drops. Amber, purple and clear beaded swags are strung between each bobeche. A ring of large gilt leaves form the base of the chandelier which are hung with alternating yellow icicles and crystal shard drops and is finished at the bottom with a large crystal prism finial. The chandelier is crowned with the ceiling rose fitting as pictured comprising a ring of large gilt leaves hung with clear, burgundy and amber drops, which finishes the chandelier off beautifully onto the ceiling.
