Very large 2 tiered, 27 light, brass Italian antique chandelier, circa 1850. A magnificent chandelier with exceptional casting and wonderful patina. Intricately cast acanthus leaves adorn the arms, with flower shaped brass bobeche supporting the candle lights. The chandelier has an abundance of exquisite large crystal drops, suspended from rows of crystal buttons, with a beautiful crystal centrepiece topped by a crystal prism spike. The bottom of the chandelier is hung with a very large crystal ball. The chandelier also comes complete with the original ceiling fitting.
