Beautiful large 8 light Italian antique chandelier. The decorative brass frame comprises circular acanthus leaf scrolls at the top, flower clusters around the middle, with leaf detailing on each arm and exquisitely cast large central cherub figure. The candles are supported by intricate brass bobeche with rectangular crystal drops. The upper section carries a cluster of 4 crystal prism spikes surrounded by winged leaf details supporting crystal drops. The chandelier is adorned with an abundance of crystal drops and around the outer middle section the large crystal leaf drops are embellished with flower patterns cut into the crystals. The chandelier is finished at the bottom with a large faceted crystal ball and comes complete with the original ceiling fitting.
